This house is over 60 years old. The interior has been renovated, and there is one bathroom outside and one inside, with the toilet located in the inner bathroom. There are two rooms: the master bedroom has an air conditioner, and the smaller room has a circulator. The living room has an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a TV, a closet for bedding, a topper, and a sofa. I will be vacating the house for a while, so I am offering it for short-term rentals, such as for a one-month stay. Jajakdo Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and it's a great place to enjoy surfing.
Parking for 2 or more cars is available, and additional parking is available nearby.
Check-in is contactless. A separate fee of 50,000 won will be charged for lost keys. (Please use the key box.) You must clean up after yourself, and cleaning and tidying up are required upon check-out. Please purchase garbage bags separately.
It is near Jajakdo Beach. You can enjoy a barbecue in the yard. Indoor pets are allowed, but only small and medium-sized dogs under 12 kg. Large dogs can use the outdoor area. (Dogs that mark must wear a belly band) This is a quiet village, so please refrain from making loud noises after 10 PM. We do not accept groups consisting only of minors. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. You must clean and manage the property yourself, and garbage bags must be purchased separately.
I really appreciated how everything I needed was thoughtfully placed exactly where it was convenient during my stay. I had a truly comfortable and relaxing time. Thank you.

We had a great time at the beach with the kids. It’s nice that Zajakdo Beach is just a short walk away, and the neighborhood has a peaceful atmosphere. There’s a yard, and we were able to easily prepare simple meals. I’d definitely recommend this place to families!
It was great being close to both the sea and nature, and having a yard was a plus. I knew the house was old beforehand, so I kept that in mind. The room layout was certainly unique. They even had supplies for pets available, though we didn't end up using them.
It is fully furnished. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
