- The location is in Millak-dong, adjacent to Millak The Market, and it takes 20 minutes to walk to Gwangalli Station. - Parking is available in the basement for 16,000 won per month. - If your parking period is short, such as a few days, you may be able to use a free coupon on a first-come, first-served basis, so please inquire in advance.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage information. - Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. - Please note that a maximum of 2 people are allowed, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. - As this is a rental facility rather than an accommodation, please bring your own bathroom amenities (towels, shampoo, body wash).
- The building is equipped with a variety of amenities, including restaurants, convenience stores, gift shops, and coffee shops. - The beach is a 3-minute walk away, Minlak The Market is a 1-minute walk away, Minlak Hoe Center is a 1-minute walk away, and Minlak Waterfront Park is a 2-minute walk away. - Bedding is washed and rooms are cleaned after each stay, ensuring a clean environment.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
This was a nice place for us to stay for two months. The host was very friendly and proactive, and responded quickly. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

I had a great stay; the accommodation was clean and in a good location. It’s fantastic being so close to Gwangalli Beach and Subyeon Park.
