The location was good, it was safe to go out in the evening, and there were good cafes and restaurants nearby, which was nice. Communication with the host was smooth. However, there was a problem when I first checked in because the Wi-Fi information was not provided. Also, the kitchenware was not prepared at all, there was a desk but no chair, and there was a clothes rack but no hangers. The information was not clearly displayed, so I was flustered when I checked in. It would be good if more detailed information was provided about the "optional" features. There was no water because I was not notified, so I returned home late at night and had to stay elsewhere. As a user, it was inconvenient that 33m2's system for resolving issues between guests and hosts was not well-established to compensate for such inconveniences. I think there should be a reliable and trustworthy system for compensating guests, just as there is for compensating hosts.
