I am writing to address some points in the review that do not reflect the facts. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom, all of which are fully functional. We will continue to provide accurate information about the property and strive to ensure a satisfying experience for all our guests. I do not understand why such a post was written, but I am replying to this review—for the first time in four years—because I am concerned it might mislead others.
