Electricity, water, and gas are included. There is no internet or TV. Short-term tenants use their own egg or mobile phone data. (Installation is possible for an additional fee if internet is requested.) There is no additional management fee of 30,000 won per week, but if electricity/water/heating are used indiscriminately and the monthly cost exceeds 150,000 won, the additional amount will be charged.
I was really satisfied with how clean the place was! I stayed here temporarily while my home was being renovated, and I had a very comfortable stay without any issues.
