The place is nice and tidy, with all the furniture needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The landlord is really nice and flexible. I recommend this place.

Starting three days after I checked in, I was bitten by mosquitoes—or some other kind of insect—leaving red spots on my skin. Also, the lower half of the mattress was sagging a bit; I was startled awake when I shifted around in my sleep.
Autumn mosquitoes are quite active these days. They can follow the elevator and enter the unit, so please be careful when opening and closing the front door. Just in case, I have installed a wall-mounted mosquito repellent. I have also replaced the mattress with a new one (Ace brand), so you will be able to enjoy even greater comfort during your next visit. Thank you.
