This is a newly built designer studio in Hwagok-dong. It is equipped with a queen bed and basic furnishings necessary for short-term stays. It is designed for one person and can accommodate up to three people. Additional guests are charged 40,000 KRW/week per person. Bedding, towels, and disposable items are not provided in accordance with regulations. (The photos are for display purposes only) If needed, you can bring your own or rent them at cost through a partner rental company.

Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with the door password (non-face-to-face). Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
There are convenience stores, coin laundries, cafes, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk! The minimum contract period is 1 week. If you need to extend for less than 1 week after that, please contact us individually.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
