It is a 5-minute walk from Sinimun Station on Line 1, which is convenient for transportation. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes away on foot for buses going towards Dongdaemun/Sindang and Dolgoji/Seokgye. *For parking, please use street parking or a paid parking lot nearby.
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in instructions (contactless check-in). - Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - The management fee includes all costs for electricity, water, gas, and internet. *However, gas is not included during the winter season. - Please be quiet in the shared yard. - Guests are responsible for disposing of and separating trash. (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 6 PM)

All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Electricity/Gas/Internet/Water) If you use gas and electricity excessively, additional charges may apply. The cleaning was very poor. It was worse than an old motel. When I wiped the sink with a wet wipe, it came out black with dust. The floor got dirty quickly when I wiped it with a rag, so I had to wash the rag frequently just to clean one living room. The 100,000 won cleaning fee was a waste. There was mold on the walls and the bedding was stained. I came in to stay for a short time with my child, but I couldn't use it as it was. I washed everything again and spent almost half a day cleaning with my wife. I should be the one getting a cleaning fee.
