โข 1-minute walk: Convenience store, chicken, pizza, cafรฉ, park, bus stop, shared bicycles, side-dish shop โข 5-minute drive: Government complex, city library, Starbucks, Homeplus, Daiso, lake park, CGV, university hospital, children's museum โข 10-minute drive: E-Mart, Costco, National Arboretum
โข Self check-in (14:00) and check-out (11:00) โข Access code provided on the day of check-in. โข Parties and events are prohibited. โข Strictly no smoking indoors. โข Cooking foods with strong odors is not permitted. โข Trash bags can be purchased at nearby supermarkets or convenience stores. โข Utility fees (electricity, heating, water, internet, gas) are 90,000 KRW per week. โข Post-stay cleaning fee is 50,000 KRW. โข Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
โข Additional requests beyond the standard options can be arranged in advance. โข Please note that compensation will be claimed for any damage to property. โข Please observe basic apartment living etiquette.
Items covered by the management fee will not be billed separately; however, additional charges may be requested if usage is excessive to the point of hindering normal operations.

We had a really comfortable stay. It was convenient having almost everything we needed for daily living. Thank you so much for accommodating an early check-in for the sake of the children.
