On the first day, it was a bit difficult to understand that I needed someone else's help to use the elevator since I didn't have a key card. There was some trash left behind by the previous occupant, and there were dusty areas. It was a bit disappointing that I had to clean up myself, but otherwise, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

It appears that a mistake occurred because you checked in around 11:30 AM—earlier than the standard check-in time—causing the cleaner to rush the preparation. We will take greater care in the future to ensure there are no such issues. Regarding the elevator key on the first day, this arrangement was due to the contactless check-in process for this privately owned unit; we ask for your kind understanding.
