The move-in process is contactless, and priority is given to non-smokers under 183 cm tall. As most neighbors are students, you must keep noise levels down. Although the brick walls provide good soundproofing, I am looking for someone who understands the nature of this type of shared housing.
The price includes utilities, and the communal kitchen provides complimentary rice, ramen, and coffee. Amenities such as an ice-dispensing water purifier, washing machine, clothes dryer, and detergents are all available for free use.
Great location! The place is right in the middle of everything, with plenty of attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. It is compact yet cozy, comfortable, and very well-organized, featuring everything needed for a short stay. Perfect for travelers wanting to explore the city. I would stay here again!
