It was my first time staying at 33m², and I found the place quite dirty. I stayed for a month, and it felt like a very long time without even a broom available for cleaning. The in-room speaker plays announcements three times a day, making it difficult to sleep in. The room is equipped with towels, a bath mat, soap, shampoo, shower gel, a drying rack, hangers, a microwave, a kettle, and slippers.
The cleanliness is terrible. I don't understand why a cleaning fee is charged.
I had a pleasant stay overall. However, it was a bit disappointing that the maintenance seemed lacking. That said, thank you for your quick responses and for handling things well.
