- It is located near Yeungnam University Hospital, a 5-minute walk from Yeungnam University Hospital Station. - It is a new building in excellent condition, and the bidet in the bathroom provides a pleasant living environment. - A low bed, blankets, and pillows are provided. - Kitchenware and a microwave are provided, but residents must bring their own rice cooker if they wish to cook rice. - Residents must also bring their own toiletries and disposable items.
- It takes 15 minutes to get from Dongdaegu Station on Subway Line 1 to Yeungdae Hospital Station, which is 8 stops away. It takes 6 minutes to get to downtown Dongseong-ro, which is 4 stops away. - There is also a city bus stop near Yeungdae Hospital Station, so transportation is very convenient.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. - Please be especially careful to avoid causing noise between floors or within the unit. - Check-in is at 5 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM. - When using the loft stairs, please hold the handrail to prevent slipping accidents, and be sure to turn on the lights at night.
- The building is located in a university district with Yeungnam University Hospital and Yeungnam University College, offering excellent living conditions with convenience stores, supermarkets, Myeongdeok Market, various restaurants, fried chicken shops, and bakeries. - Daegu's famous Apsan Park and Duryu Park are a 10-minute drive away. - Apsan Park has a cable car, a circular trail, and well-maintained hiking trails. Duryu Park has a cultural arts center, swimming pool, walking paths, a barefoot red clay path, an inline skating track, and Seongdangmot Pond. - Daemyeong 2-dong Park is a 3-minute walk away, perfect for strolls, and it also has a badminton court for light exercise. It's also great for walking around the Yeungnam University campus. - There are many pharmacies right next to Yeungnam University Hospital, making it convenient to use the hospital when you're sick. - This building is a multi-family home with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Please be mindful of noise between floors, and especially be careful when using the duplex stairs to avoid causing noise and vibrations. - Please be advised that unauthorized occupancy without contract renewal may result in legal action for obstruction of business. - After a review mentioned a guest being bitten by mosquitoes, we have disinfected for mosquitoes and placed mosquito repellent before your arrival.
- Water, internet, and parking fees (1 vehicle per household) are included in the management fee. - Electricity and gas bills are not included in the management fee and must be settled separately.

I’d recommend this place to anyone doing their clinical placement at Yeungnam University Hospital; it’s about a 3-minute walk to the hospital. It’s suitable for two people, and ideally, you should have matching duty schedules.
