This is a recently renovated short-term rental house with a retro vibe. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and separate living and kitchen areas. Please note that disposable items are not provided.
It is located within a 5-minute walk (300m) from Hapjeong Station Exit 2. It is conveniently close to Hongdae and Mangwon-dong. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Please sort your waste for recycling upon check-out.

All utilities are included in the maintenance fee.
The location was excellent, making it easy to get around. Perhaps due to the heavy rain, there was a bit of the dampness often found in semi-basement units, but turning on the air conditioner resolved the issue. Although the AC didn't work in the smaller room, running the unit in the larger room while using a fan in the smaller one kept things comfortable. I had a pleasant stay without any major issues. Thank you.
