- Bus stop in front of the apartment (Marine Research Institute): Served by a total of 18 routes. - From Jeju Airport, take bus 302, transfer to bus 325 at Seomun Market, and get off at "Marine Research Institute"; alternatively, take bus 101 from the airport, transfer to any bus at Jocheon-eup Office, and get off at the same stop. - Takes 35–40 minutes by taxi from Jeju Airport (similar to the travel time by bus).

For utility charges, please submit a photo of the meter reading upon move-in; after move-out, we will provide a settlement statement along with the final meter reading photo. (Electricity: 300 KRW per kWh; Gas: 3,800 KRW per cubic meter) Water and sewage charges are included in the utility fees, but additional charges may apply in cases of excessive usage. (Water and sewage rates in Jeju are higher than on the mainland.)
The place was clean, and all the amenities were nearby. It’s close to Hamdeok Beach, making it perfect for walks. I would have loved to extend my stay if possible! The host was very kind, and I appreciated the quick responses whenever I had a question. I was a bit worried about bugs since it's an island, but I didn't see a single one! This stay made me fall even more in love with Hamdeok; I’ll definitely include it in my itinerary if I visit Jeju again 🫶
It's clean and nice!
I had a great time staying here for a little over a month in such a clean home! The location was fantastic, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The only downside was the humidity—being in Jeju, it was quite damp, so the laundry wouldn't dry properly... but I imagine that would be the case anywhere in the area! If I come back to Hamdeok, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟
