The rate is based on one person; an additional management fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies for each additional person. All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if the included utilities are used excessively, an additional management fee may be charged. The standard monthly allowances are as follows: (Winter) Gas 30,000 KRW, Electricity 15,000 KRW, Water 10,000 KRW, Common Area Fees 25,000 KRW; (Summer) Gas 15,000 KRW, Electricity 30,000 KRW, Water 10,000 KRW, Common Area Fees 25,000 KRW.
You will seriously regret staying here. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with a moldy smell, and the fridge is so filthy it's unusable. There are cockroaches, and the bathroom drain doesn't even have a cover. The room is full of dust and all sorts of other filth; you'd be cleaner sleeping on the street than living here. I developed a skin condition, so I'm fleeing after staying just one week of my one-month contract. If you're curious, try taking on a "live here for a week" challenge with your friends—lol.
