It comes fully furnished and equipped with an air conditioner, 50-inch smart TV, microwave, bed, washing machine, wardrobe, and dining table; the maintenance fee covers internet, water, electricity, and gas. Additionally, Heungseon Light Rail Station is just a 3-minute walk away, offering convenient transportation, and there is a Mega Coffee located on the ground floor. The area is safe thanks to a nearby police station (2 minutes away), and a Saemaul Geumgo (credit union) right next door adds to the convenience of daily life.
