⚡️We do not recommend booking if you are sensitive to refrigerator noise. GS25, 7-Eleven, and a self-service laundromat are located on the ground floor or within 50 meters of the building. Lotte Mart is a 5-minute walk away; E-Mart, Daiso, and Dream Tower are within a 10-minute walk. Many restaurants are nearby, and food delivery apps are available for use.
Charges are based on usage recorded by the meters. Electricity is 200 KRW per kW, and heating (gas) is 3,800 KRW per cubic meter. Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage of items included in the management fee.
It's cold and humid. You have to be careful with the management, but the location is good, so it's comfortable to stay. You can't park a large car, but the nearby public parking lot is free from 8 PM, so it was fine. I had a good stay.
It was clean and very comfortable for a month-long stay! There are restaurants and amenities nearby, so it's a place where you can travel on foot~~
