✔️ Please turn off the heating and cooling when you go out and use the space as if it were your own. ✔️ All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use electricity and gas excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. ✔️ If there is any trace of indoor smoking or pets, a special cleaning service fee of 400,000 won will be charged.
