Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. No parties. A sensitive grandmother lives on the floor below. Please be mindful of basic noise levels between floors. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If caught smoking, you may be charged for laundry of bedding and curtains, and repainting costs. After 7 PM, please play the piano in 'silent' mode.
This is based on an electricity bill of 50,000 won and a gas bill of 100,000 won.
This was my second visit, and I was just as satisfied as before. The apartment was clean and quiet, making for a comfortable stay, and the location was excellent. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making for a great overall experience.
