1) An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per night applies if the standard occupancy of two people is exceeded. 2) A disinfection fee of 150,000 KRW is payable upon check-in if accompanied by a pet (under 5 kg). 3) A 10% discount on rent applies for lease contracts of six months or longer paid in a lump sum.
There were a lot of bugs because it was next to the coastal road. The price was cheap and good, but the cleanliness of the house was quite poor.

The view is truly beautiful. Although the building is a bit old, the interior was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The host was great, and it was a wonderful place to relax and take it easy; the surrounding flowers and trees gave it a lovely, natural feel.
