- This is a home shared with the host (male) and his people-loving dog, Hamong. - The room is available for a single occupant only (no other guests). - The living room and kitchen are shared with the host. - You have exclusive use of the bathroom. - For contracts of two months or longer, resident registration is possible, and you get free access to on-site parking and community facilities (gym, sauna, food café—usage fees deducted from balance—etc.). - This is a newly built 4,700-unit apartment complex featuring excellent parks and water features. - Huimangdae Park is located right in front of the complex. - A 6–7 minute walk to the Gyeonggi Seongnam City Education Library and Sujeong Library.

I stayed for a month, and the host was kind and made me feel right at home. Hamong was adorable, too—I think I’ll really miss seeing him. The room was in great condition and nicely decorated, so I had a very comfortable stay. Thanks for a wonderful month!

It was a meticulous and tasteful space that showed the host's sense of style. It was also convenient to get around, with a 7-minute walk to Sanseong Station. I was able to stay very comfortably during my stay, and above all, thanks to Hamong, who greeted me every time I entered the house, it was a place where I naturally looked forward to going home. Thanks to you, it was a short-term rental that left me with good memories :)
