PC with dual monitors Queen-size LED bed Very spacious and pleasant 👍 It looks even better in person than in the photos—I’m so confident about this that I wouldn't even charge you if you disagreed 💯 It’s truly such a great place that the price feels like a bargain 😄🙏 The amenities are far superior to those in a typical newlywed home; you can move in with just your personal belongings Everything is included, from bedding and pillows to hangers The rent covers water, internet, and septic tank fees, as well as shared detergents, bathroom supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent, body wash, and facial cleanser!! It is always kept clean and comfortable There is a separate rooftop room area

P.S. Contracts for an initial period of just one week incur an additional daily fee. Move-in is handled via a contactless process. The space is always maintained in a clean and pleasant condition. It looks even more spacious and attractive in person—💯if not, I won't charge you rent!💯 Private room amenities: 2 monitors + desktop PC, Queen-size LED bed, 4-tier garment rack, clothes hangers, desk, chair, bedding, full-length mirror, wall-mounted air conditioner. Shared area amenities: Living room table (doubles as dining table), washer-dryer, rice cooker, microwave, water purifier, vacuum cleaner, wet mop, tableware, washing machine, laundry detergent, toothbrush sterilizer, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste. Monthly rent can be lower for long-term stays of 6 months or 1 year. There is a separate attic space, which is great for storing items like suitcases or large, infrequently used belongings.

City gas costs (November–April) and electricity bills (June–October) are split equally (1/N); all other periods are included in the monthly rent.
