This is a high-end officetel that recently opened. It accommodates two people, with space for an additional 1–2 guests in the living area. Rentals are based on weekly terms; if you wish to extend your stay by 2–3 days, please let me know via message in advance, and I will get back to you.
It is a 3-minute walk to Hansong Baekje Station (Line 9) and a 5-minute walk to Mongchontoseong Station (Line 8). There is also a bus stop right in front.
Check-in is contactless, and I will send you an information guide upon arrival. Regarding parking, the host covers the cost for the first registered vehicle, while the guest is responsible for the cost of any additional vehicles.
It is located near Olympic Park, Seokchon Lake, and the Jamsil Lotte 123-story tower, with the Bangi-dong Food Alley also nearby.
There is no separate management fee. All utility costs are included in the management fee.
