This is a clean house that was recently remodeled. Cups, bowls, wine glasses, and simple kitchen appliances are provided. The queen-size bed is in the large room, and the small room was used as a dressing room, so it is equipped with a wardrobe and clothes hanger. There is one wooden table and one camping table. Apple TV is installed and available for use. Parking for one car is free.
It is a 6-minute walk to Changsin Station via the back gate. You can take the Jongno 03 village bus right in front of the main gate, which is 1-2 minutes from the house, to Changsin Station, Dongmyo Station, and Dongdaemun Station. It takes 20 minutes to Dongdaemun Station and 25 minutes to Hyehwa Station and Sungshin Women's University Station if you walk through the park's walking path. (Based on an adult male)

CU Changsin Ssangyong Branch is a 30-second walk away. Naksan Park is a 5-minute walk away. The photos of Dongdaemun and Namsan are not views from the apartment, but photos taken while walking in Naksan Park.

A comfortable stay in a well-equipped apartment! It was a bit noisy at times, but I had a good time nonetheless.
It was a very clean and pretty house. Parking was convenient, and it was easy to go to downtown Seoul. I highly recommend it to those who come as a family.
