It is located about a 10-minute walk from Exit 7 of Uijeongbu Station on Subway Line 1. If you are coming by bus, you can get off at the "Former Uijeongbu 3-dong Post Office" stop. Airport buses also stop at this stop, making it convenient to visit and travel. Parking is available in a mechanical automatic parking system, and one space is free to use.
Move-in is convenient and contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions. The combined area of the 1st floor and the loft is 12 pyeong.
1. Parking is available in the mechanical parking lot on the first floor of the building. (Due to size limitations, parking for large vehicles is not available. If you are unsure whether your vehicle type is suitable, please inform the host in advance to confirm availability.) 2. Please note that pets are not allowed. 3. Although cooking is permitted, please understand that grilling meat or fish, which can leave strong odors or cause oil splatters, is restricted to ensure the comfort of subsequent guests.
