Non-face-to-face check-in is available. Pets are allowed, with an additional fee of 20,000 won per pet. (Compensation is available for damages caused by pets.) This is a non-smoking building. Peak season rates may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
You can move in after a thorough cleaning. It is located in the center of the city, so you can walk to the fish market and major tourist attractions. It is based on 2 people, and there is an additional cost of 10,000 won per day for each additional person.
All utility bills are included in the management fee (additional charges will be incurred for excessive gas usage).
The view was amazing! It's a great place with a view of the sea in Sokcho beyond Cheongcho Lake. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of storage, so it was comfortable to stay. I will definitely use it again next time. I had a good stay~
