Check-in is contactless. We will send you a notification message after the contract is confirmed. (We will share the apartment number and password on the day of check-in) Smoking, noise, and pets are not allowed indoors. (As this is an apartment, only those who will not cause harm to the surroundings, invite other people, or cause complaints are welcome)
You can reach the Han River in 5 minutes. Gimpo Airport (Line 9) is within 20 minutes. Incheon Airport bus is 5 minutes away. Yeouido and Hongdae are 2 stops away. You can reach Gangnam within 30 minutes on Line 9.
Management fees are not charged separately.
