It has a kitchen/living room, one large room, one small room, and one dressing room, so you can use the space generously! 2️⃣ It's a villa building, and the neighbors next door and on the floors above and below are newlyweds and elderly couples, so it's very safe and quiet! 3️⃣ There aren't many households with cars, so you can park with plenty of space.
All utility bills are included in the maintenance fee.
Everything is perfectly equipped and hygienic, and the host is so, so kind. I really recommend it.
