- This is a luxurious room that has been well-remodeled. - It is clean with a white and gray two-tone color scheme. - It is equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for two people. - There is no noise at all, so you can get a good night's sleep.
- It is a 2-3 minute walk from Exit 1 of Yeonsan Station on Subway Lines 1 and 3, and has excellent accessibility to all areas of Busan, including Nampo-dong, Haeundae, and Dongnae. - The city bus BRT stop is also a 2-minute walk away, and it is very convenient with numerous routes.
- Please understand that pets are not allowed. - This is a quiet residential facility, so please refrain from making noise or loud disturbances. Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted. - There is an elevator, but due to its structure, it does not operate on the 2nd floor, so you must use the stairs. (If you have heavy luggage, you can use the elevator to the 3rd floor and then come down the stairs.)
- Please note that you may be charged for any damages, such as damage to indoor fixtures, caused by the intentional or negligent acts of the guest. - Please be careful as there is a small step inside. Thank you. ^^
General utility fees are included in the management fee. However, if you use an excessive amount more than usual, additional costs may be charged.

I had a wonderful time traveling for the BTS concert. There were plenty of amenities provided, so I stayed comfortably without any issues.
