The subway is close to Jeongbalsan Station on Line 3, and the bus is close to the Ilsan Dongbu Police Station bus stop. The monthly parking fee for additional vehicles, excluding the one free space, is 50,000 won. Please request in advance if needed. Parking is available within the building. Parking spaces are located from the 1st to the 9th floor.

Please note that if there are other reservations, it may be difficult to adjust check-in and check-out times as desired, even if you are willing to pay a fee. If it is possible to coordinate check-in/out times with the guests scheduled to stay before and after you, we will adjust the times to accommodate your preferences.
Large Mart (Homeplus), La Festa, Wedom, Lotte Department Store Ilsan Branch, Daiso, etc. are nearby. There is a convenience store, restaurant, coin laundry, sauna, etc. on the first floor of the building. It is perfect as a workcation place where you can do daily life and telecommuting while looking at the lake view. It is not possible to move in with large furniture or large appliances. Please inquire and make a reservation only if you will use the prepared furniture and appliances well. Additional persons other than the maximum of 2 will incur additional costs. Since it is a factor in the increase of management fees due to additional persons, entry by persons other than the contracted persons is prohibited. If there are additional persons, you must inquire in advance. There is an additional cost of 10,000 won per night.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If it is confirmed that electricity, gas, and hot water have been used abnormally above the average, the difference may be charged with reference to the past average management fee. All consumables are not included. As this accommodation does not automatically cut off power when you go out, we would appreciate it if you could turn off the lights, heating, and cooling when you go out and restart them when you return, just like you would in your own home. ^^
