- Check-in is contactless. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Check-out time: 11:00 AM - Check-in time: After 3:00 PM (Check-in time may vary depending on the cleaning status) - We will provide you with the passwords for the common entrance, your room, and Wi-Fi one hour before check-in.
- As a knowledge industry center complex, it houses various restaurants such as Starbucks, Daiso, Ashley, bakery cafes, and famous restaurants. - The complex also has well-maintained walking paths, and with large discount stores like Mario Outlet, Hyundai Outlet, and Lotte Outlet nearby, daily life is convenient. - Move-in registration is not permitted. - Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. - In case of smoking or pets, you will be asked to vacate the premises and will be charged an additional cleaning fee (professional cleaning service fee of 150,000 to 300,000 KRW). *** Only single occupancy is allowed. (If you attempt to stay with more people, you will be immediately asked to vacate and your deposit will not be refunded.) - For parking: After filling out the move-in registration form at the Operation Support Center on the 2nd floor of Building B, an ID card will be issued -> Monthly passes (65,000 KRW) or daily passes (11,000 KRW) can be used at the Parking Management Office on the 3rd basement floor of Building C. *** However, you must report your departure one day before your scheduled departure. *** When registering for move-in, please inform them that the management fee is to be paid by the landlord. *** - Please keep the place as clean as your own home. ^^
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Gas bills will be settled and charged upon check-out. - If electricity and water usage exceed the monthly maximum of 200,000 KRW, additional charges may be requested upon check-out. Therefore, please turn off heating (away mode) and cooling (air conditioner) when leaving the premises.
