Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ▶ Check-in time: After 3 PM ▶ Check-out time: 11 AM - No smoking indoors (please use the smoking room on the 1st floor) - No pets allowed.
On the first floor of the building, there is a CU convenience store, a brunch cafe (Triple Two), and a 24-hour self-service laundry. Homeplus is a 1-minute walk away, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities.
All utility fees are included. However, if related costs are exceeded due to excessive use, the corresponding costs may be charged (e.g., deducted from the deposit).
