    The noise between floors is so severe. Since moving in, there's been a loud thumping from 8 PM to 3-4 AM, and it starts again at 6 AM. I haven't been able to get a proper night's sleep. The back veranda door is locked, so I can't open it. I can't leave trash on the back veranda, and they told me to put it in the laundry room, which is awkward if I have guests.
