It is situated right next to E-Mart, with various amenities nearby, including cafes, restaurants, Daiso, Olive Young, and hospitals. The unit is fully equipped with essential appliances, furniture, high-speed internet, and kitchenware. It is a comfortable space suitable for families with children as well as seniors, offering a home-like atmosphere.
5-minute walk from Eungam Station (Line 6) Bus stop right in front of the accommodation; served by multiple buses including 702A and 702B.
The move-in process is contactless; prior to your arrival, we will provide you with the access codes for the building and the unit, as well as the accommodation manual.
* Two super-single beds are provided for two guests. * A foldable single mattress is provided for a third guest. * Please request basic bedding and baby items (crib, high chair, baby bathtub for infants under 12 months) in advance when making your reservation. * Parking is not available. * Pets are not permitted in accordance with building regulations. * CCTV cameras are installed at the building entrance and in the elevator.
Additional management fees may be charged if included utilities are used excessively (e.g., electricity usage exceeding 150% of the previous month's level during the summer season, or gas usage exceeding 150% during the winter season).
