For short-term rentals, electricity, gas, and water are charged separately. Gas is charged at the actual cost of 1,200 won per m3. The gas meter and water meter are located right next to the front door. There is also an electricity meter on each floor. During the shoulder seasons, it's about 20,000-50,000 won per month. In the summer, if you use the air conditioner for a long time, it's about 100,000 won per month (it will be higher if you are there 24 hours a day). In the winter, it's about 100,000 won for gas.
