    The location is convenient. I stayed for a week and extended my stay by another week, but for two days, construction work in the ground-floor restaurant starting at 8 AM made the whole room vibrate right down to my skull. They just apologized and insisted there was no issue with staying there; there was no agreement or any remedial action taken by the landlord. Of course, there was no advance notice either. If you shower for more than five minutes, the bathroom drain backs up. The sewer smell is strong, so keep the bathroom door closed.
