This is a place where you can enjoy all the infrastructure of Dongtan's largest knowledge industry center. The city view from the high-rise building is very nice. It is neatly organized with warm wooden furniture. There is a walking path around the building, and a small park right next door, making it a good place for light exercise. There are various amenities in the building's shopping center, such as restaurants, hospitals, health clubs, and Starbucks.
A bus stop is located a 5-minute walk away, where you can take express buses, city buses, and village buses to Seoul. There is an entrance/exit to the Yongin-Seoul Expressway next to the building, and it is a 5-minute drive to the Gyeongbu Expressway. SRT Dongtan Station is about a 5-minute drive away.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage and guidance. Please refrain from smoking indoors and bringing pets. Violations may result in cleaning fees. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000-400,000 KRW) The bed is a super single size. Please keep this in mind when using the room.
IKEA, Premium Outlets, and Lotte Department Store are within a 10-minute drive. Dongtan Lake Park, Costco, Korean Folk Village, and golf courses are nearby. Parking is available for 20 hours per week within the building. (You must contact us 20 minutes before going out to register.) Otherwise, you can use the nearby public parking lot.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
