This is not a shared house or a guesthouse; the entire space is for the exclusive use of your group. Although set up for two people, there is no extra charge for additional guests. All household essentials are provided; please let us know if anything is missing.
Ample parking is available. It is very close to the Jungmun Tourist Complex. A bus stop is also within a 3-minute walk. Famous tourist attractions, historical sites, government offices, hospitals, schools, and supermarkets are located nearby. Compensation charges will apply in the event of damage or staining. The space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use upon move-in.
Installed a 15kg washing machine. Installed a Bodyfriend massage chair. Installed a 20kg dryer. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions. We have a PC-based rhythm game (Pump It Up). You can play it if you bring your own laptop. Please inquire in advance.
Excessive use of included items may result in a request for additional management fees.

As a pedestrian, I liked that the bus stop wasn't far, and it was also nice and quiet since it wasn't on the main road. :) Even though it was a short stay, the host was very attentive, so I had everything I needed. I came to complete the remaining Olle-gil trail, and there was a large washer/dryer and a massage chair! After walking all day, I was tired of everything, but it was so convenient and nice to have everything in the house. ㅎㅎ
