This is a recently built building. The interior is clean and comfortable to use. There is a queen-size mattress on the upper floor and a queen-size sofa bed on the lower floor, so you can use them comfortably. :) A microwave, coffee pot, capsule coffee machine, and tableware are all provided. There is also a built-in refrigerator and a drum washing machine, so it's great for long stays. I decorated this home with affection, so I hope a neat person will come.
Located in the heart of Samsan, it has excellent transportation access. Less than a 10-minute walk to Samsan-dong Up Square Less than a 5-minute drive to Taehwagang Station Less than a 5-minute drive to the Intercity Bus Terminal. There is also a bus stop within a 3-minute walk, so the location is really good. For those who bring a car, there is free first-come, first-served parking inside and a parking tower, so you can use it more conveniently.
You can use the movie theater with a beam projector and Chromecast. Check-in will be done non-face-to-face. All photos of the accommodation will be taken before check-in, so we may charge you for any damage to items and facilities that occurs later. Please use it cleanly. We will provide additional instructions on how to use other rooms later.
