Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; however, early check-in is possible if there are no departing guests that day. No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed. Smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction and a charge for additional cleaning fees. A designated smoking area and recycling facilities are available on the first floor. Cooking strong-smelling foods and hosting parties are prohibited. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Violation of the above terms will result in eviction without a refund of the usage fee.
No water stains or mold here! I am absolutely meticulous about cleanliness—especially when it comes to stray hairs! I’ve provided a vacuum, fan, hair dryer, and more for your convenience. The bedding and rugs are freshly laundered at a professional laundromat. Please use everything with peace of mind; I personally handle the cleaning after every guest checks out. 😃
Electricity charges are not included in the management fee; the meter reading will be taken upon check-in and check-out, and the final amount will be settled based on actual usage at the time of check-out.
