There are many convenience facilities across the street. - There is a coin laundry room in the basement of the officetel. - You can sleep comfortably on a double bed. - As it is an old officetel, some parts are aging. We try our best to keep it as clean as possible, so please understand. - Heating is provided by the air conditioner.
- It is a 1-minute walk from Hongik University Station. There are 3 elevators, so you can use them comfortably. - It is a location where you can easily move anywhere.
- We will send you a move-in guide message when the contract is confirmed. - Pets are not allowed. - Please notify us in advance if you plan to stay with more than 2 people. - Please inquire separately for long-term contracts.
- In the event of damage to or theft of property, you may be charged for damages or not receive your deposit back. - Please keep the property as clean as possible. Thank you. ^^
All utility bills are included in the management fee, but excessive use may incur additional charges.

The place was thoughtfully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, offering great access to pretty much everywhere in Seoul. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!

I stayed at this apartment for 10 weeks and had an amazing time. The landlord was so nice, which made my experience even better. The apartment is in an incredible neighborhood, so there is plenty to do nearby. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
