1. This is a newly built 3-room apartment located in Sinchang-myeon, Asan-si. 2. A playground and walking trail are available within the apartment complex. 3. Public transportation is available at the bus stop in front of the complex. 4. Hot springs and tourist attractions are located nearby. 5. Daiso and a large supermarket have opened within walking distance!!! 6. Please note that moving luggage storage is not available and pets are not allowed. 7. Smoking is not allowed indoors (a fine will be imposed if any traces are found).
Buses to Sinchang Station, Onyangoncheon Station, and Soonchunhyang University stop in front of the complex.
- The contract will be processed non-face-to-face. - The basic number of people is 4. Please inquire when booking for additional people. - We will prepare beds and toppers according to the number of people. - The master bedroom dressing room and living room pantry space are not available for guest use. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - We will send you a text message with instructions upon check-in. - Check-in is at 4 PM, check-out is at 11 AM.
- Check-in is contactless. - Further details will be provided via text and phone after the contract is signed.
- All management costs, including electricity, water, gas, and internet usage, are included in the price. (Excessive electricity, water, and gas charges beyond the standard amount may be billed additionally.) - The standard number of guests is 4. (If additional guests are used without prior consultation, a penalty of double the amount will be incurred.)
The service was friendly, and the room was clean and nice. They were very accommodating regarding the terms, and thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay.

Although the price is a bit high, I appreciated that the unit was stocked with quality furnishings and amenities. The desk, chair, TV, and sofa were all comfortable to use. Regarding the parking lot, if you arrive after 8 or 9 PM, you have to look quite hard to find a spot; it seems like there are more residents now than before. The place was clean and well-stocked with essentials, and the host was kind, making for a pleasant stay.
