It offers an excellent environment for exam preparation, situated within a three-minute walk of facilities such as the SNU Chunchugwan and Veritas Exam Prep Academy; all units are operated as compact private rooms. Each room is equipped with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe (or clothes rack), wired LAN connection, and a personal refrigerator, while digital door locks and CCTV systems ensure a secure living environment.
Located in the Sillim-dong exam preparation district, it is within a three-minute walk of major academies such as Hallim-gwan, Chunchu-gwan, Veritas, Korea Law Academy, and Seungsi; with numerous study rooms and cafeterias catering to exam takers, it offers an optimal environment for study.

As we go through life, there are times when we need someone's care, and a warm sanctuary where we can set our burdens down for a while. Like a station where you pause briefly during a long journey before setting out again, or a transit hub that connects you to a new path. To me, this place feels just like that. A place that offers precious rest to someone, and extends warmth, care, and a heartfelt touch. I truly want to share the existence of this space with as many people as possible.
The room I stayed in was actually quite good. Pros 1. The room was spacious. 2. It was fairly clean. Cons 1. There was almost no ventilation in the room. 2. Noise from neighboring rooms was very loud. 3. People slammed the doors shut too loudly and forcefully. Restrooms There are restrooms on both sides, but the one further inside has absolutely no ventilation, making it hard to even breathe. The restroom closer to the entrance has decent ventilation, but the drains aren't maintained at all, so a truly disgusting odor rises up. There are two toilet stalls; they are extremely cramped and smell terrible. The biggest downsides of this goshiwon are the odor and ventilation. If those two things were improved, I think it would be a pretty good place.
