- Move-in will be conducted in person or remotely depending on the contract period. - Please be mindful not to create excessive noise between floors. (Please wear the provided noise-canceling slippers!) - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please note that if a complaint is filed, you will be asked to vacate the premises. (A penalty will be incurred for eviction due to this reason.)
- Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. (However, if there are matters that need to be explained in person, it may be conducted face-to-face.) - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. (However, if the utility bill exceeds the management fee, we may request additional payment.) - Excessive use may result in additional charges upon check-out.
