Netflix and YouTube are available for viewing. Equipped with two air conditioners: one in the large bedroom and one in the living room. Regularly sanitized and disinfected. Secure and safe: features a building entrance security system, CCTV around the premises, and an electronic door lock. Ground-floor parking available for 8 vehicles. LG StanbyME installed; Netflix is already logged in, so you can start watching immediately!
It is about a 5-minute walk to Suseongmot Station and Hwanggeum Station. There is a bus stop nearby. Free parking is available. Suseongmot Lake is just a 7-minute walk away, making it a great spot for a pleasant stroll or a date. A large Homeplus supermarket and a wholesale food mart are located within a 5-minute walk, offering great convenience for daily needs; Daiso is also within walking distance.
Check-in is contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; however, early check-in is possible if there are no departing guests that day. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. As this is not a commercial lodging facility, personal toiletries (such as towels and shampoo) are not provided. For safety reasons, no food items—including seasonings—are provided.
Suseongmot Lake is a 5-minute drive away. Kim Gwang-seok Street and Dongseong-ro are located within a 10-minute drive. Additional charges may apply in the event of property damage or soiling. The space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for immediate use upon move-in.
Common area electricity, water, internet, and gas charges are included in the maintenance fee. However, the electricity bill is settled based on the meter reading upon move-out.
The owner treated me kindly, so I had a comfortable stay.
