-The most recent remodeling was completed and is ready for occupancy. It has a clean, white, modern interior. It is a fully furnished room with a bed, TV, and sofa. Netflix and YouTube can be watched. There are two air conditioners, one in the large room and one in the living room.
It is about a 5-minute walk from Suseongmot Station and Hwanggeum Station. There is a bus stop nearby. Free parking is available. Suseongmot is a 7-minute walk away, so you can enjoy a pleasant walk or date. Homeplus, a large supermarket, and a food ingredient mart are located within a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient for daily life. Daiso is also within walking distance.
Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in time is from 4 PM and check-out time is until 11 AM. However, if there are no check-out guests on the same day, you can check in at any time. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. As this is not a lodging establishment, personal toiletries (towels, shampoo) are not provided. For safety reasons, no food, including condiments, is provided.
Suseongmot Lake is a 5-minute drive away. Kim Gwang-seok Street and Dongseong-ro are a 10-minute drive away. Additional charges may apply for damage to or contamination of the property. It is cleaned thoroughly and ready for immediate use upon check-in.
The cost of shared electricity, water, and internet is included in the management fee. However, electricity and gas will be settled by measuring the meter upon check-out.
First of all, the host is incredibly kind. I stayed here with my two children and was very satisfied. There are plenty of parks and dining options nearby, so finding great places to eat is never an issue. It’s also convenient for grocery shopping, with Daebak Mart, Homeplus, and numerous convenience stores in the area. I look forward to staying here again if I visit Daegu in the future.
