This charming accommodation is located in the heart of Seocho. It is cozy and quiet, allowing you to feel comfortable in the city center. It has a cozy queen-size bed and a compact cooking space. This accommodation was moved into in October 2023, so it is very clean and faces east, so it is not blocked by other buildings. There are various restaurants and cafes around the accommodation, and transportation is convenient for Gangnam, airport access, and access to the city center.
5 minutes on foot to Nambu Bus Terminal Station (Line 3) 10 minutes to Gyodae Station (Line 2) 4 minutes to the airport bus stop 15 minutes to Seoul Arts Center
Check-in is contactless. Partial dates are negotiable. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the room.
The Seoul Arts Center is nearby. There are convenience stores, famous cafes, and restaurants in front of the accommodation entrance, so it will be comfortable to stay at the accommodation. Seoul St. Mary's Hospital and Megastudy Academy are nearby, and it is convenient to move to downtown Seoul and Gangnam. From July 2024, Netflix and a Nespresso coffee machine will be available for use.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out.
