Check-in is conducted on a contactless basis. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Please note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for wallpaper replacement if smoking occurs.
