It's within a 5-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station, but it's a bit away from the main shopping street, so it's quiet. It's the best in terms of convenience because you can fully enjoy the Gangnam and Nonhyeon commercial areas on foot. The house is a bit old, but it has 2 rooms, a living room, 1 bathroom, and most facilities such as air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, and tableware. Parking is also available for 3-4 cars, so it's a very cost-effective place for a short-term stay in the Gangnam area. Above all, whenever I told the landlord about any inconveniences, they kindly and promptly took care of them as much as possible, so I had a comfortable stay for 8 weeks.
