Hello 🤗 Our accommodation is located on Gangneung Wolhwa Street, which has the best accessibility. It is a residential space that has been remodeled from an old house full of childhood memories into a clean and warm atmosphere. The first floor is 13 pyeong, but it has the advantage of high usability as the basement and rooftop spaces can also be used. The basement is decorated with a 100-inch screen for watching movies. The rooftop has a terrace with pretty lights. ^^

This is a house for 2 people. - Additional contract after the initial contract : After requesting a contract, we will approve the contract if you pay the utility bills. ※ There is an additional charge for peak season. - Check-in is non-face-to-face. - Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you a guide text. - No parties, no pets/outsiders, no smoking (including e-cigarettes)

Simple cooking is possible with the induction cooktop, but cooking food that produces a lot of smoke or has a strong odor is not allowed indoors. (Use of burners is prohibited) 3. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing your own bedding. There is no bedding cleaning fee if you use your own bedding. A bedding cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if you use the provided bedding. 4. You will be charged for any damage to the rental property's glass, wallpaper/flooring, tiles, or any contamination, discoloration, damage, or malfunction of the provided appliances. 5. A cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if you do not complete the post-departure cleaning, dishwashing, sorting of recyclables, and garbage disposal. (All items must be returned to their original places and restored to their original condition upon departure) ※ Please pay special attention to safety when using the rooftop and basement stairs. When going up and down to the rooftop, please hold onto the railing. When the basement is not in use, please make sure to close the stair cover! (We are not responsible for accidents caused by safety negligence)
1. Management fees are included in utility bills (electricity, water, internet, TV license fee) without separate charges. However, if you excessively use the included items, additional management fees may be requested. 2. Cleaning fee: You must maintain the same cleaning condition as when you moved in upon departure. Otherwise, a cleaning fee may be charged at market price.

I had a good stay. It's clean and the location is great. It was a bit disappointing that the night market wasn't open until May, but I'll have to come back in May. Thank you to the kind owner for the great location and comfortable resting place.
First of all, it's right in front of a famous market in Gangneung, so you can walk there with your kids in the evening, and the location was really good. The house was clean and charming, and it was convenient to use. Communication with the host was also good, and I recommend it in many ways.
